Fight Skool Application
Fight Skool is an intensive 10 week training programme. It requires dedication and hard work.
Training will take place in the 12 Rounds Boxing Gym, opposite Clapham Junction Station.
There will be 3 sessions a week led by our experienced coaches and you will also be expected to do additional training in your own time. To support this all participants are given unlimited access to the 12RB member timetable. Fight Skool training will focus on fitness and technical skills through circuits, boxing drills, technique and sparring.

The training programme involves a minimum of 3 group training sessions per week working on fitness, technique and sparring. You will also be expected to carry out further training in your own time. Are you able to commit to this level of training?
